Problem: After installation, an Internet Explorer error message appears: 'title.htm' Access denied. The error message cannot be closed; the application must be closed using Ctrl-Alt-Delete. This is a problem caused by new security features introduced into Internet Explorer, from IE6 (SP1) onwards. Solution: Please download, extract, and install the following zip files. If you cannot download these files, please contact us and we will send them to you on CD. 1) 3D
